SBA 504 Effective Rate May 2010
Fully Fixed & Amortized Over 20 Years
*Lenders may quote 504 rates differently but all 504 loans funded in a given month carry identical rates. REI quotes the rate published by NADCO for the first 5 years as this is the rate on which the borrower's monthly payment will be based.
