In this course, you will work with QuickBooks Pro 2009, software designed to help small- and medium-sized businesses keep their books easily and accurately. Beginner Class Structure:

• Getting Started
• Setting Up QuickBooks
• Working with Lists
• Working with Bank Accounts
• Using Other Accounts in QuickBooks
• Entering and Paying Bills
• Setting Up Inventory
• Entering Sales Information
• Receiving Payments and Making Deposits

Participants should have an understanding of how to use a computer, have some general accounting knowledge and have a basic foundation of file management and be able to navigate through files and folders.

Jane has spent the past 20 years providing accounting services to hundreds of businesses and non-profit entities. In her current role as the most highly certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in the Oklahoma City area, she provides support and training to QuickBooks software users. Jane enjoys working closely with clients to customize the training they need, troubleshoot their software, and provide suggestions for improved internal procedures and processes.
