The Business Tax Workshops offered by the Oklahoma Tax Commission are designed to meet the needs of all business owners, from new businesses to seasoned businesses needing to brush up on the latest tax changes. This workshop takes the attendee through many steps of business ownership. You will learn types of business structures and advantages and disadvantages of each; what permits and licenses are required and how to obtain them; and reporting procedures for taxes.

Writing a business plan can seem a monumental task. We'll tell you what goes in a plan, how to present the plan and how this plan can help get a business off the ground and growing.

Every business must market its products and/or services to the public. The marketing presentation will give some ideas of how to market without overextending your budget. Websites, social media, personal networking and relationship building will be presented as forms of marketing.
