Attendees at this intensive, hands-on training will learn how Quickbooks can benefit their business. During the class attendees will learn how to set up Quickbooks for a business as well as working with bank accounts, entering sales information, receiving payments and making deposits, entering and paying bills, analyzing financial data, doing payroll, tracking and paying sales tax, and customizing forms for their business. For those wanting the information on inventory, estimating and tracking time, these are also presented. Attendees actually enter the information on the computer using practice sets and have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on “how and why”. Quickbooks® Pro 2009 is used for the training.

Beth Peck is a CPA and owner of Peck CPA in Poteau. She is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and has taught the Quickbooks course for REI’s Women’s Business Center.
