REI has been meeting the needs of Oklahoma businesses and communities for nearly three decades through a variety of economic development services. REI had its beginning in the small business lending arena. Today it has evolved into a multi-faceted economic development organization that has become the model of study for effective economic development services.
- REI has offices in Alva, Durant, Lawton, McAlester, Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
- REI offers a variety of business lending programs including the SBA 504.
- REI offers down payment and closing cost assistance for Oklahoma working families.
- REI targets Oklahoma’s women-owned businesses with services of the state’s only Women’s Business Center from two locations, Durant and Oklahoma City.
- REI offers assistance to Native American and minority-owned businesses through the Oklahoma Native American Business Enterprise Center located in Tulsa and the Native American Business Resource Center in McAlester.
- REI New Markets Investment, LLC administers the New Markets Tax Credit Program to bring new investments into low-income communities.
REI has a team of over 40 economic development professionals who have been expanding Oklahoma’s economy since 1982 through effective economic development services. REI also has a statewide network of partners to help deliver its programs.
