Through this project the elderly, disabled and low-income will receive free needed home repairs. Applicants must own their home and live in Durant city limits. - Changes to eligibility of the temporary SBA 504 program will be in effect until September 27, 2012. SBA will now allow businesses with equity in their properties to include working capital to pay for other eligible business expenses due in 18 months.
